| Both Villa Kedidi and Kakatua are operated by BLV,
a professional management company, managed by expatriates with both
Bali and overseas hotel experience. BLV are also responsible for staff
training and will provide Guests Relation Services as required. BLV
will handle deposits, payments, follow-up with guests for special
requirements, arrange airport transfers and coordinate initial food
shopping requests before guests arrival. A personal guest visit or
follow-up by BLV is provided as part of guest relation services |
