Personal food and beverage shopping including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. You will be invoiced for the amounts we have spent on your behalf. There will be no mark-up on services or food & beverage shopping but a service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. Staff is required to present receipts to guests.
Each Villa has a landline telephone which is available for internet connection.
An air-conditioned car and driver is provided for 8 hours daily inclusive of the standard daily villa rate for local shopping excursions to nearby areas only. Reasonable charges apply for excursions to further areas. Car excursions charges to further areas are applicable.An overtime charge of Rp20,000 per hour is payable by guests directly to the driver. Petrol is not inclusive. Should guests require an additional car with driver, kindly book in advance with villa manager, Bali Luxury Villas.
House staff are on hand from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. An overtime charge of Rp 15,000 per hour is payable for each cook and housekeeper for services required after 10pm.
Hand-phones are available to rent at a daily rate of Rp50,000
and require use of prepaid card
Guest Relation Services:
Facilitate guest’s registration and if required,
assists with flight confirmations;
Available Western contact person for special requirements or to assist
with illness, accidents and medical evacuation;
Arrange for tours, Balinese cooking lessons and coordination of special
dinners or events;
Assistance with advance booking of golf games or lessons at Nirwana Bali
Golf Course;
Assistance for booking horse-riding, Manori spa in-villa treatments, etc.

Selection of books in English, CDs, cassettes, VCDs and
DVDs are available.
Selection of games: Chess, Chinese checkers, Scrabble, Monopoly, Backgammon,
Rummy, Snakes & Ladder, Dominoes, Ludo, Badminton and Frisbee for
the beach.
Each villa is equipped with baby monitors, baby-bath,
high chair, changing-mats, infant play-mat, infant swimming trainers,
baby cots/playpen with mosquito net and baby linen plus a small selection
of toys and children’s DVDs and VCDs.
Infant and toddler car seats are available for rent at Rp40,000 per day.
Advance reservation is recommended to ensure availability.Villa staff
do not provide baby-sitting services. Baby-sitting services are available
to guests at an additional cost. Guests need to book in advance with the
Villa Manager
Each villa is equipped with a 2-way intercom system for guests requiring privacy from staff, or the intercom system can also be used as additional baby monitors for parents with young children.
