Staff & Services Inclusive of
Standard Daily Villa Rate:
A one time round-trip airport transfers
up to 2 cars, if required, are inclusive of the daily villa rates
Complimentary welcome drinks, cool towels and a fruit basket are provided
upon guest arrival;
Complimentary Balinese flower arrangements and daily fresh flowers are
provided.
A safe for valuables are provided in each villa.
An air-conditioned car and driver is provided for 8 hours daily, inclusive
of the standard daily villa rate for local shopping and excursions to
nearby areas only. Petrol is not inclusive. Kindly note that drivers are
not required to be provided with meal allowance.
Each villa is staffed with a driver, cook, housekeeper, gardener plus
pool maintenance. There are four (4) security guards with two (2) posted
to patrol the grounds at night;
Western, Asian, Vegetarian and Children’s Breakfast, Lunch &
Dinner Menus are provided. Please advise us well in advance if any of
the guest have special dietary requirements or allergy requirements; Click

Bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hair-dryers,
tissues, mosquito repellants, sunblock creams, beach mats, cool-box for
picnics, etc are provided;
Bed & bath linen, pool towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair-dryers,
tissues, mosquito repellants, etc are provided.
A Villa Information Booklet, Directory of Tours and Activities, Bali map
and latest Bali tourist magazines with latest shopping and restaurant
reviews are provided in each villa;
Bali guidebooks, including ‘Best of Bali’ and other informative
guide books on local fruits, birds, temples, flowers, etc. are provided
in each villa for guest use;
A restaurant delivery guide from various nearby restaurants is available
in addition to room service delivery from Tugu Hotel menus are also available;
Secured parking for up to 4 cars are available;
A generator is available to fully back-up both villas in the event of
a power failure.
Both villas and common grounds of the property are fogged for insects
twice a month.
Above rates are inclusive of 21% Indonesian government
tax & charges, a one time round trip airport transfers, daily air-conditioned
car with driver and villa staff.
Villas Kedidi & Kakatua are serviced by 12 staff:
2 cooks, 2 housekeepers, 4 security guards, 2 gardeners/pool attendants
and 2 drivers, all managed and trained by a Western Villa Manager
All guest are required to register with the local police
and to the local community (called banjar) within 24 hours upon arrival.
Our security staff will process the registration on behalf of all guest.
A registration fee of Rp.25,000 per person plus cost of photocopying of
guests
Reduced Rental Rates May Be Offered During Low

A minimum stay of 9 nights is required for bookings that commence from
24 December.
Applicable Guest Charges:
Guest Registration - All guest are required
to register with the local police and local community, called ‘banjar’,
within 24 hours of arrival. Our security staff will process the registration
on behalf of all guests. A Rp.25,000 registration fee per person plus
cost of photocopy of passport is payable prior to villa check-out.
Guest Food and Beverage - Personal food and beverage shopping including
incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. Guest will be
invoiced for the amounts spent in advance on their behalf. There will
be no mark-up for food & beverage shopping but a service charge of
15% will be added to the invoice. The villa cook will present receipts
and calculations to guests. Please note that food shopping expenses must
be settled on a weekly basis for bookings exceeding seven (7) days. Payments
can be settled with credit card.
Guest Laundry - Personal laundry including incidental transportation cost
is to the guest account. Guest will be invoiced for the amounts spent
in advance on their behalf. Personal laundry will be charged at very reasonable
local laundry rates (outside laundry service) and there will be no mark-up
but a service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. Receipts will
be presented. Please note that laundry expenses must be settled on a weekly
basis for bookings exceeding more than seven (7) days. Payment can be
settled with credit card.
Telephone and Fax - Each villa has a landline telephone, available for
local calls and local internet server connection. A fax machine is available
for incoming faxes and outgoing local faxes only. Telephone calls and
fax messages are exclusive and to the guest account. Rates are noted in
the Villa Information Booklet.
High Speed Internet Connection - is available at Hotel Tugu business centre
next door at Rp 80,000 per hour.
Daily Car and Driver - An air-conditioned car and driver is provided eight
(8) hours daily inclusive of the standard daily villa rate for local shopping
and excursions to nearby areas only. Petrol is exclusive. Reasonable car
tour charges apply for excursions to further areas. Car tour charges will
be sent upon booking confirmation. Should guests require an additional
car with driver, kindly book in advance with the Villa Manager.
Driver Overtime – Overtime rate is fixed at Rp 20,000 per hour.
Meal allowances are not required.
Cook and Housekeeper Overtime -House staff are available from 7:00 AM
to 10:00 PM. An overtime rate of Rp 15,000 per hour is payable for each
cook and housekeeper for services required after 10pm.
Baby Sitting Services - Villa staff does not provide baby-sitting services.
Baby-sitting services need to booked in advance with the Villa Manager
who will advise guest of prevailing rates. Advanced bookings during High
Season are highly recommended. Last minute cancellation charges may apply.
Handphones - are available to rent at a daily rate of Rp 50,000 and require
use of prepaid cards.
Villa Management
Bali Dream Villas: Villas Kedidi and Kakatua are managed
by BLV, a professional management company, owned and managed by expatriates
with both Bali and overseas hotel experience. They are also responsible
for staff training and will provide Guests Relation Services as required.
The Villa Manager handle deposits, payments, follow-up with guests for
special requirements, arrange airport transfers and coordinate initial
food shopping requests prior to guests arrival. A personal guest visit
or follow-up by BLV is part of guest relation services.
Guest Relation Services:
Facilitate guest’s registration and if required,
assists with flight confirmations;
Western contact person for special requirements or to assist with illness,
accidents and medical evacuation;
Arrange for tours, Balinese cooking lessons, bookings for horse-riding,
Manori spa in-villa treatments, etc.
Coordination of special dinners/events can be arranged subject to guest
requirements. Function fees may apply.
Assistance with advance booking of golf games or lessons at Nirwana Bali
Golf Course;

Information – floor plans, digital photos, magazine
features and guest comments are available upon request.
Villa Menus: Western, Asian, Children, Vegetarian and Drinks list are
available at the website or upon request.
Books – a selection of books and magazines in English are available
in each villa.
CDs, VCDs and DVDs – a selection of CDs, cassettes, VCDs and DVDs
are available in each villa.
Games – Chess, Chinese checkers, Scrabble, Monopoly, Backgammon,
Rummy, Snakes & Ladder, Dominoes, Ludo, etc are available. Use of
badminton and frisbee are strictly for beach use and not within the villa
grounds;
Baby Equipment - each villa is equipped with baby monitors, baby-bath,
high chair, changing-mats, infant play-mat, infant swimming trainers,
baby cots/playpen with mosquito net and baby linen in addition to a small
selection of toys and children’s DVDs and VCDs.
Infant and toddler Car Seats - are available for rent at Rp 40,000 per
day. Advance reservation is required.
Privacy - Each villa is equipped with a 2-way intercom system for guests
requiring privacy from staff, or the intercom system may also be used
as an additional baby monitor for parents with young children.
Villa Check-in and Check-out Time:
Villa check-in time is 2:30 pm and check-out time is 11:00
am. If availability allows, we will try our best to
accommodate guest arrival and departure as close to their flight schedule.
Charges may apply for late check-outs.
Other Discount Benefits:
· 15% discount for Manori Spa In-Villa treatments.
· 20% discount for horse riding sessions or lessons at Umalas Riding
Stables.
Gym
For fitness/gym activities, guests may have access to
Hotel Tugu’s gym, conveniently located next door. A Hotel Tugu guest
fee is applicable for each use.
Nirwana Golf
Located within 15 minutes drive from the villas
with stunning ocean views. Green fees are US$165/net. Advanced booking
prior to arrival can be arranged through the Villa Manager.
