Villa Check-in and Check-out Time:

Villa check-in time is 2:30 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If availability allows, we will try our best to 
accommodate guest arrival as close to their flight schedule. Charges will apply for late check-outs.

Staff & Services Inclusive of Villa Rate:

  • One (1) complimentary round trip airport transfer.
  • Welcome drinks, cool towels and tropical fruit basket upon arrival.
  • Welcome Balinese flower arrangements and daily fresh flowers from the gardens.
  • Complimentary flower-filled baths can be arranged with advanced request.
  • Daily housekeeping with linen and turn down service.
  • Daily use of  a chauffeur driven air-conditioned vehicle, seats 6-7 people, is available for  trips to nearby areas. Reasonable charges apply for excursions to further areas. Petrol is exclusive. Overtime fees applicable after 8 hours use and will be noted in final invoice prior to check-out.
  • Pre-arrival planning service for specific guest requirements.
  • Food and beverage shopping service. Food cost including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. Invoice with receipts for the amounts spent on your behalf  will be presented prior to check-out. There will be no mark-up on services or food and beverage cost. A 15% service charge is applicable.

  • A selection of restaurant menus for delivery in addition to Hotel Tugu's drinks and food menu is available for in-villa dining.
  • Telephone for both local & IDD, Fax and Wireless broadband at a reasonable fee.
  • Full Cable TV, Stereo system with CD player, DVD/VCD players and iPod/iPhone docks in living room. TV and DVD player in bedrooms.
  • Villa Information Book and Directory of Tours and Activities  for sightseeing, touring, dining and  shopping plus latest Bali tourist magazines.
  • Bali guide books offering extensive information on Indonesian fruits, flowers, birds, temples including English- Bahasa phrasebooks.
  • Selection of fiction and non-fiction book, CDs, VCDs and DVDs are available
  • Selection of games: Chess, Chinese checkers, Scrabble, Monopoly, Backgammon, Rummy, Snakes & Ladder, Dominoes, Ludo, including Badminton and Frisbee for beach use only.
  • In-villa safes are provided for valuables.
  • Fully equipped kitchen complete with crockery, cutlery, glasses  & accessories to dine in tropical ambience.
  • 15 Full time villa staff: 3 cooks, 3 housekeepers, 2 drivers, 2 gardeners, 4 guards and technician supervised by the villa manager.
  • Housekeeper & Chef are available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Overtime fees applicable after 10pm and will be noted in final invoice prior to check-out.
  • Children equipment: cots with linen and mosquito netting, high-chair, pool-fence, bedroom child-locks, baby monitors, bed-rails, infant bathtubs, nappy changing-mats, infant/toddler floor rubber play-mat, infant swim-lilos, toddler swim-armbands, toilet seat-trainers, step-stool for bath sinks, toys, selection of DVDs, etc.
  • 24 hour security in a secured gated compound with parking for up to 4 cars.
  • Both villas and common grounds are fogged for mosquitoes/bugs twice a month. 
  • A generator is available to fully back-up both villas including air-conditioning in the event of a power failure

Optional Guest  Services:

  • Coordinate Immigration VIP fast tack processing at airport upon arrival.
  • Facilitate guest’s registration and if required, assists with flight confirmations;
  • Western contact person to assist in securing medical assistance or evacuation, in the event of an illness or accident.
  • Assist in booking sports activities, tours, golf, cooking lessons and coordination of special dinners or events;
  • Assist in booking baby-sitting service, yoga in-villa sessions, in-villa spa treatments and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist in coordinating traditional Balinese music and dance performances with advance notice.
  • Assist in securing weekly family or individual memberships at nearby Canggu Club for access to gym, tennis, squash, pool, kids camp/activities, library and dining facilities prior to arrival.

Applicable Guest Charges:

  • Guest Registration - Guest are required to register with the local police and local community, called ‘banjar’ within 24 hours of arrival. Villa staff will process the registration.  A Rp.25,000 registration fee per person is payable prior to villa check-out.
  • Food and Beverage - Food and beverage cost including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. Guest will be invoiced for  amounts spent in advance on their behalf. There will be no mark-up for food & beverage shopping but a service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. The villa chef will present receipts and calculations to guests. Food shopping expenses will be settled on a weekly basis for bookings exceeding seven (7) days. Payments can be settled with credit card.
  • Telephone and Fax - Each villa has a landline telephone with a PABX system, for both IDD and local calls. A fax machine is available for incoming faxes and outgoing local faxes only. Telephone calls and fax messages are exclusive and to the guest account. Rates are noted in the Villa Information Book.
  • Wireless Broadband Internet Connection - is available at a reasonable fee.
  • Handphones - are available to rent at a daily rate of Rp 50,000 and require use of prepaid cards.
  • Laundry and Dry-cleaning- Guest laundry cost including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. Guest will be invoiced for amounts spent in advance on their behalf. Laundry charges are very reasonable at local laundry rates (outside laundry service) and there will be no mark-up. A service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. Receipts will be presented. Laundry expenses will be settled on a weekly basis for bookings exceeding more than seven (7) days. Payment can be settled with credit card.
  • Transportation:  Complimentary car and driver does not include petrol. Petrol is payable by guest. Reasonable car tour charges apply for excursions to further areas. Additional car with driver can be arranged at prevailing rates.
  • Staff  Overtime – Driver overtime fee is Rp 50,000 per hour after 8 hours use. Chef and housekeeper overtime fee per hour applies after 10pm. Overtime fees will be noted in final invoice prior to check-out.
  • Baby Sitting Services - Villa staff do not provide baby-sitting services. Advance booking for an experienced baby-sitter is highly  recommended. Last minute cancellation charges may apply.
  • Medical Service - 24 hour on-call English speaking doctor for in-villa visit is available.
  • Canggu Club - Registered guests have complimentary access to this private members' club with gym, tennis, squash, pool, track, field, kids activities, library and dining facilities.
